Accountant
Seeking a detail-oriented
Accountant
to support core accounting functions in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on
General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable , and monthly close activities, ensuring compliance with
U.S. GAAP
and ADM policies.
Base pay range $27.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Location Forsyth, MO
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and post journal entries; support monthly close
Perform balance sheet, bank, and prepaid account reconciliations
Manage daily AR/AP transactions, cash receipts, and invoicing
Set up vendors, process 1099s, and review invoices for sales tax
Prepare monthly reports and support process improvements
Assist with special projects and cross-functional coverage as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of accounting experience (GL, AR, AP) preferred
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; ERP experience a plus
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines
