Responsibilities Pipeline Requisition – A10 Proposal (Anticipated Start: August 2026)

Overview We are building a talent pipeline in support of an upcoming A10 contract proposal, with anticipated work beginning in

August 2026 . These positions will support mission‑critical efforts related to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) operations, nuclear deterrence, counter‑WMD policy, medical/biological defense, and advanced modeling & simulation.

Work will be performed

on‑site at the Pentagon , pending award. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearances required for each position.

We are currently gathering interest and pre‑qualifying candidates for the following potential roles:

Biological Defense Analyst Analyzes biological threats, emerging infectious diseases, and countermeasures, supporting national‑security–focused biological defense initiatives. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Understanding of pathogen detection, characterization, and threat assessment

Proficiency with bioinformatics tools and sequence analysis

Knowledge of biosafety/biosecurity protocols

Experience with select agents, high‑consequence pathogens

Familiarity with biological weapons conventions and intelligence analysis

Programming skills (Python, R)

Biological Scientist Conducts experimental research in biological sciences, supports protocol development, and analyzes complex biological datasets. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Expertise in molecular biology, sequencing, PCR, cell culture

Experience with advanced techniques (NGS, CRISPR, proteomics)

Bioinformatics or data‑analysis tools

Background in infectious diseases, immunology, or genomics

Familiarity with laboratory safety and biosafety protocols

CBRNE Modeling & Simulation Developer Designs and develops computational models and simulations to assess CBRNE threats, predict outcomes, and support decision‑making. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Strong programming skills (Python, C++, Java, MATLAB)

Experience with simulation frameworks or physics engines

Knowledge of numerical methods, fluid dynamics, transport phenomena

Understanding of CBRNE hazards

Experience with HPC, GIS, machine learning, uncertainty quantification

Chemical Defense Analyst Provides chemical threat analysis, supports chemical defense research, and evaluates countermeasures, detection technologies, and response strategies. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Knowledge of chemical agent properties and detection methods

Experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., GC‑MS, FTIR)

Familiarity with chemical safety and PPE standards

Background in modeling/simulation of chemical threats

Knowledge of chemical weapons conventions and policies

Programming for data analysis/visualization

CWMD Intelligence Analyst Conducts all‑source intelligence analysis focused on WMD threats, proliferation pathways, CBRNE‑related technologies and actors. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Knowledge of WMD technologies and proliferation mechanisms

Experience with intelligence methodologies, tools, and databases

Understanding of global treaties and WMD control regimes

Background in technical CBRNE disciplines

Regional or foreign‑language expertise

CWMD Policy Analyst Supports analysis and development of CWMD policy, strategies, and international frameworks across chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threat environments. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Strong understanding of WMD threats and non‑proliferation regimes

Knowledge of international CWMD and CBRN agreements

Policy analysis, strategic planning, and research expertise

Background in intelligence analysis, export control, or sanctions

Familiarity with international security or diplomatic environments

Foreign language proficiency

Medical Specialist – Chemical & Biological Capabilities Provides medical expertise to support development, evaluation, and implementation of medical countermeasures for chemical and biological threats. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Knowledge of chemical and biological agents’ medical effects

Understanding of MCM development and regulatory pathways

Experience in clinical protocols and treatment guidelines

Background in military medicine, emergency response, or public health

Experience in pharmaceutical/device development

Familiarity with DoD medical programs or consortia

Missile Defense Analyst Analyzes ballistic missile threats, assesses missile defense system performance, and inform policy and acquisition decisions. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

Strong understanding of missile technology and defense architectures

Experience with performance assessment tools and methodologies Knowledge of sensors, kill vehicles, and battle management systems

Systems engineering or requirements analysis background

Understanding of space‑based sensing and missile defense policy

Nuclear Weapons Analyst Provides technical analysis and subject‑matter expertise on nuclear weapons systems, stockpile issues, and nuclear deterrence activities for OSD and related stakeholders. This position will support one or many client mission areas in OSD, MDA, JPEO, Army, Air Force, DTRA.

Desired Experience

In‑depth knowledge of U.S. and foreign nuclear weapons systems

Expertise in nuclear weapons, physical security and safety

Experience in OSD/Joint Staff/interagency settings

Knowledge of international nuclear cooperation

Background in nuclear forensics, survivability, or C‑WMD capabilities

Required Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI depending on role)

Strong background directly aligned with the technical or analytical specialty area

Experience supporting DoD, interagency, or national security missions is highly desirable

Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills

For some roles, advanced degrees (MS/PhD) are preferred

Compensation at Noblis Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract‑specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full‑time status. For part time or on‑call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range USD $99,800.00 - USD $174,800.00 /Yr.
