Overview The Bonadio Group is seeking Seasonal Administrative Professionals for the period of January 2026 through April 2026.
Responsibilities
Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, and client‑related correspondence to produce error‑free work.
Track engagements using Access software.
Paper and electronic filing of client information and maintenance of filing systems.
Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others.
Organize, update, and maintain calendars.
Manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, office equipment, business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Hours Of Operation
This is an in‑office, hourly position.
Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
Flexibility is valued; additional hours may be required at peak times.
Salary Range:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
