Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and conduct outreach to prospective clients.
Assess customer needs and recommend tailored insurance products.
Present and sell Farmers Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines.
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance standards.
Utilize agency tools and systems to track sales activity and manage follow‑ups.
