Family Outreach & Enrollment Associate - Flushing, Queens
Join Zeta Charter Schools as a bilingual Family Outreach & Enrollment Associate in Flushing, Queens. This role focuses on engaging families in our communities to promote our world‑class educational program.
Overview We are looking for a passionate, results‑driven professional with a Bachelor's degree and experience in sales or customer service, preferably working with families in an educational or social services setting. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Korean, comfortable with in‑person outreach, and capable of managing spreadsheets and data analysis.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to engage prospective families in local communities.
Coordinate in‑person outreach efforts to share information about Zeta.
Build and maintain relationships with community‑based organizations.
Plan and execute engagement events for prospective families.
Support the admissions lottery and enrollment processes.
Draft and distribute written communications to diverse stakeholder groups.
Collect and analyze data to optimize outreach strategy and tactics.
Collaborate with team members on related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in sales or customer service with families in an educational or social services context.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Google Suite and managing/analyzing spreadsheets.
Result‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
Willingness to work in‑person in Flushing, Queens, and lift up to 25 lbs.
