We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and support sales objectives. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Present and promote products/services clearly and professionally

Follow scripts and communication guidelines while adapting to customer responses

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes

Meet daily/weekly performance goals and KPIs

Handle customer questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

Previous telemarketing, call-center, or customer service experience is a plus

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Ability to handle objections and remain confident and positive

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Basic computer skills (CRM experience is an advantage)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent
