Position Overview We’re seeking a
Human Resources Manager
to lead and elevate our HR department as we continue to grow. This individual will oversee all HR functions—talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development—while partnering with executive leadership to shape our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor
the HR team to ensure professional growth, accountability, and high performance.
Partner with executive leadership
to design and execute a people strategy that supports organizational growth and culture.
Oversee talent acquisition
by developing creative sourcing strategies, ensuring strong cultural alignment, and guiding recruitment for all positions.
Manage employee relations
by providing guidance on complex HR issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and compliant practices.
Administer compensation and benefits
programs to maintain equity, competitiveness, and retention of top talent.
Ensure regulatory compliance
with federal, state, and local employment laws and payer participation requirements.
Oversee payroll operations
and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
Champion employee engagement and development
through training programs, leadership development, and performance initiatives.
Maintain HR policies and systems
that reflect best practices and support our culture of excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
At least
3 years
of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi‑site or healthcare organization.
SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification
strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in
strategic planning, change management, and organizational development .
Deep knowledge of
employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices .
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern HRIS/talent management systems.
