Human Resources Generalist (UKG Power User)
A growing construction company seeks a
Human Resources Generalist
with strong UKG experience to support daily HR operations and payroll and act as an internal UKG subject‑matter expert during system conversion.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary UKG resource for the HR team during and after system conversion
Support general HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
Assist with payroll processing and troubleshooting as needed
Support a multi‑state employee population, ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws
Train and support internal users on UKG best practices and workflows
Partner with leadership and field teams in a fast‑paced construction environment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
Experience supporting construction or similar blue‑collar/worksite environments preferred
Multi‑state HR and payroll exposure
Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with operations teams
Schedule & Location
Onsite | North Phoenix
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary range:
55-70K DOE, plus bonus
