What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the design, build, and support of new Workday HRIT solutions for a growing global workforce

Manage, advise, and guide project teams involved in business process enhancements

Own and direct the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday data and workflows

Design and build enhanced ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR decision-making

Proactively manage and protect the data integrity of internal HR systems and databases

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field

7+ years of direct Workday configuration experience

Expertise in cross-module Workday business processes, reporting, and notifications

Working knowledge of interdependencies among Workday modules and their impacts

Effective communication skills for translating technical information to non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Advanced Compensation and additional HR modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, or Benefits

Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose practical solutions

Adaptability to meet changing requirements and business needs
