is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent that supports our mission and growth. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

Los Angeles, CA | $100,000.00–$175,000.00

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies for open roles.

Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.

Manage candidate records and pipeline tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support the offer process, including reference checks, offer preparation, and negotiation coordination.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Represent Daybreak’s culture and values throughout the hiring process.

Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Assist in process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

1–5 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Detail‑oriented, professional, and committed to confidentiality.
