Senior Manager of Recruitment
Base pay range : $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Recruitment to drive our talent acquisition strategy and support workforce expansion across key markets in the Southeast and Northeast regions. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on recruitment execution, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire high‑performing talent while elevating our employer brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Manage partnerships with universities, job boards, and external recruitment vendors.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Assist in managing the annual recruiting budget and optimizing spend.
Forecast hiring needs and align recruitment initiatives with organizational growth objectives.
Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters, ensuring consistent performance and development.
Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, and engagement of past applicants.
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel activity, etc.).
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruitment experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities.
Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred).
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check.
Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
