Your Responsibilities You are responsible for receiving, processing, and documenting IT support requests, providing global assistance with technical issues, analyzing and resolving hardware and software errors, supporting the installation and maintenance of IT systems, and working closely with external service providers.

The position is part of the Administration & Business Services / Global Information Technology department and reports directly to the department/division management.
Team Size:
You will work as part of a team of 13 colleagues (m/f/d).
International Connections:
Due to the global structure of our corporate group, regular coordination and project work take place within intercultural teams.
Your Tasks:
Processing and documenting IT support tickets as part of the internal help desk (1st and 2nd level)
Managing the IT hotline and acting as the first point of contact for technical issues raised by our employees worldwide
Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
Providing support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
Collaborating with external IT service providers
Your profile:
Completed training in IT or comparable qualification
Professional experience in IT support or helpdesk would be an advantage
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office applications, and network technologies
Team spirit, service orientation, and German and English language skills appropriate for the position for providing IT technical advice to our employees
