Licensed
Nursing Facility Administrator
(LNFA) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is overseen the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills
