Principal level Recruiter As a Principal / Highly experienced Recruiter / Search Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. Your role will focus on
identifying and attracting exceptional talent , building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving business development to secure new opportunities. You’ll play a key part in shaping careers and helping firms hire the brightest minds in quantitative trading.
Requirements
Able to show track record of $500k–$1m+ billing years.
Strong account management experience with a range of trading houses, hedge funds, MFT/HFT/Crypto firms - we work with start‑ups/spin‑offs, as well as some of the best names across New York, London, Chicago, Europe.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Vast network in the space is ideal - with creative candidate attraction methods.
Self‑driven, resilient, and results‑oriented with a creative, solution‑focused mindset.
We foster a collaborative environment where success is shared, not competitive. To build a strong foundation in our approach and culture, we require all team members to work from the office
four days a week during their first year .
Base salary : $75,000 – $125,000 before commission.
Market‑leading commission
structure and
profit share
for any team you build.
Additional compensation opportunities, including discretionary bonuses.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
