We are partnering with a St. Louis based client to help them hire a
Senior Talent Management Specialist
– a role that sits at the heart of shaping their employee experience and development strategy.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone to be part of shaping the entire employee journey – from onboarding to development, performance feedback, communication design, and beyond. This is a highly visible role where your ideas, creativity, and leadership will truly move the needle.
What You’ll Do
Build, refresh, and elevate onboarding, development programs, and performance feedback processes
Transform corporate resources into practical, user-friendly, visually polished tools and content
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and leaders to drive meaningful talent insights
Support integration work during acquisitions, helping new teams adopt shared expectations and processes
Serve as the go-to expert for learning, development, and experience initiatives
Track and analyze talent data to measure impact and inform improvements

What You’ll Bring
3+ years in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partner work
Bachelor’s degree is required (advanced degree in relevant field is a plus)
Strong experience with performance feedback cycles
Ability to design clean, branded, compelling content (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Curious, strategic, and skilled at connecting the dots
