Job Description and Position Requirements Penn State Harrisburg, a member of the NCAA Division III, is accepting applications for Part‑time Assistant Game Day Manager for the 2025‑2026 Academic Year, within the department of Athletics.

Job Duties

Assisting with Game Day organization of student‑worker staff, event set‑up/tear‑down and in‑game management, welcoming opposing teams/officials and directing them around the facilities, while maintaining a safe and healthy game experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators.

Requirements and Qualifications

May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

Hours will vary between 12 to 24 hours per week. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the vacancy is filled.
