Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource and Industrial Relations Manager, located in Power, MT. The selected candidate will oversee HR strategies and policies, manage employee relations, and lead recruitment, training, and development programs. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with labor laws, resolving workplace disputes, and developing initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with the company's growth and operational goals while upholding its core values.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and handling Industrial Relations matters
Strong skills in HR Policies Development, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
Experience in Training, Development, Performance Management, and Employee Retention
Solid understanding of Labor Law Compliance and Employment Standards
Ability to manage organizational change and foster a positive work culture
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or mining sector is a strong advantage
