The Role As our
first in-house GTM Recruiter , you will own end-to-end recruiting for all commercial roles (Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success, and more). This is a critical role that requires speed and operational excellence as our sales org scales. You will source and close elite GTM talent through rigorous processes, data-driven optimization, and exceptional candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who can operate full-cycle recruiting pipelines autonomously with an owner’s mindset, run multiple pipelines simultaneously, and serve as a partner to our sales leadership as they scale the organization.
What You’ll Do
Own the GTM talent pipeline: Drive the full-cycle recruiting process for all commercial roles (Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success, and more)
Source and close pivotal hires: own the candidate lifecycle from initial screen to offer.
Represent the Avoca brand to candidates - you will be the first contact for future sales leaders, and are responsible for pitching our culture and vision.

What You Will Bring
2+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth startup environments, ideally early stage.
Proven track record in both sourcing and closing top GTM talent.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing hiring decisions.
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
