The Administrative Assistant provides essential office and operational support to management and field teams. This role involves handling documentation, scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasks to ensure trail painting projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Must currently reside in United States and be legally eligible to work in United States. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to supervisors and project teams
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents and records
Assist with scheduling, work orders, and coordination with field crews
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
Enter and update data related to projects, materials, and timelines
Assist with invoicing, reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasksMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy
