What You’ll Do
Support faculty with course preparation, coordination, and presentation materials
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Take meeting notes and distribute minutes to the team
Process travel reports, reimbursements, purchases, and expense audits
Coordinate events and update faculty profile websites
Oversee office operations, including kitchenette, copy room, storage, and room reservations
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in an office or administrative setting
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in higher education
Familiarity with SAP or Concur systems
