Base Pay Range
$20.00/hr – $26.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates
Support new‑hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation logistics, and system setup
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records; assist with benefits enrollment and administration
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes
Provide support with timekeeping, PTO tracking, and payroll‑related tasks
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of HR or administrative support experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is beneficial
Organized, service‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
Wage Range $20.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
