What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Act as the primary Specialist for Payroll Administrative customers, providing support to other payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as needed
Manage and respond to cases daily to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction levels are met
Troubleshoot quarter and year‑end audit reports, providing recommendations to customers
Collaborate with peers and customer teams to support customers and resolve requests
Meet quality and production metrics and scorecards
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate's degree
3+ years of payroll experience involving end‑to‑end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
One year of experience with taxes at the Federal, State, and local level
One year of experience with garnishments and a general understanding of how garnishments are processed
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in an outsourcing environment related to payroll or tax, including Workday and Salesforce programs
