HR Generalist/Recruiter
Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time HR Generalist/Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, on site, at our Taylorsville headquarters. In this role, you will play a key part in acquiring top talent for our rapidly growing medical organization. Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year depending on experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Essential Functions And Duties
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job specifications, and competencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings optimized for diversity, inclusion, and employer branding; create recruitment initiatives and marketing materials leveraging social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed). Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and CRM tools; review applications, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure structured, EEOC-compliant processes. Prepare and distribute staffing reports, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Represent the company at job fairs and build relationships with schools, alumni groups, and community organizations to support recruiting objectives and long-term talent pipelines. Provide HR support by responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and onboarding; maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with retention policies. Prepare new hire files, verify pre-employment requirements (background checks, I-9), and coordinate onboarding and orientation using ATS/HRIS systems to ensure a positive new hire experience. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Professional and ethical demeanor, representing the company with integrity and discretion. Awareness of corporate priorities, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive public image. Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with company policies and employment laws. Skilled in leveraging recruitment tools, ATS/HRIS systems, and social media platforms for talent acquisition. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or specialized training in Human Resources strongly preferred. Previous or Active Human Resources experience required, with a solid understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. 2-3 years of job-specific experience in full-cycle recruiting and general HR functions. Experience using ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment tools for sourcing and onboarding. Background in a medical or healthcare environment is a plus, but not required, with familiarity in clinical staffing needs and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
