We are currently looking for a Senior IT Manager - Infrastructure to join our team in Holland, MI.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT teams and specialized functions within the department.

Oversee all phases of complex IT projects, ensuring strategic alignment, on‑time delivery, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that support business operations, enhance user experience, and improve organizational efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of business goals and technology needs.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to IT staff, fostering a high‑performing and growth‑oriented team.

Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively to maximize value and return on investment.

Champion a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous improvement to strengthen engagement and organizational sustainability.

Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.

Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field of study

Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 additional years experience in Information Services OR 4 additional years experience in Information Services if no post-secondary education

Work Experience: 7 years experience in Information Services with Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years experience in Information Services with Master’s Degree

Supervisory Experience: 3 years supervisory experience

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with departmental strategic planning

Expericne with SAP Basis and database administration

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, etc.)

Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic computer hardware

Effective at coaching, team development, and conflict resolution

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Demonstrated team building and leadership experience

Background supporting IT in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud)

Experience with project management and vendor coordination

Understanding of ITIL practices and incident/change management

Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance best practices
