Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Revit Operator
to support our design and engineering teams by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate 3D models and construction documents. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit and BIM workflows, has a strong understanding of AV, or low-voltage systems, and can efficiently translate design intent into detailed models and drawings. Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain Revit models for AV, or low-voltage systems based on design specifications and project requirements.
Develop accurate 2D drawings, layouts, and documentation from Revit models for construction, fabrication, and coordination purposes.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure models are consistent with project scope and design intent.
Perform clash detection, model coordination, and resolve conflicts between disciplines using BIM tools.
Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation and record drawings.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Support project teams with model updates, drawing revisions, and technical documentation as required.
Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support to resolve modeling or design challenges.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience working as a Revit operator or BIM technician in AV, or low-voltage systems design.
Proficiency in Revit (latest versions), AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.
Familiarity with industry standards and construction documentation practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality models and drawings.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MEP systems, AV systems, or telecom/low-voltage infrastructure.
Experience with clash detection software (Navisworks, Solibri, or similar).
Understanding of construction processes and field coordination.
