Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Type:

Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote – no exceptions).

Overview Hands-on technical role for new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Focus: coding, integrations, reporting, development. Technical screening required.

Required Experience

10+ yrs Systems Analyst/Developer (min. 3 yrs Oracle HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Comp, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Retirement)

2+ full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations (7+ yrs Cloud)

OIC: 7+ yrs

OTBI/BIP reports: 7+ yrs

Mentoring: 3+ yrs

SQL: 5+ yrs

Python: Highly desired (3+ yrs)

Key Responsibilities

Design BRDs & RICEW objects

Build OIC integrations

Develop OTBI/BIP reports

Handle data conversions (HDL, Extracts, UCM, MFT)

Customize pages, formulas, workflows, roles

Lead testing, training, cutover, post-go-live

Provide technical guidance

Core Skills

SQL/PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, Web Services

HCM tables & integration patterns

Page personalization (Sandbox, Redwood, OGL)

SFTP & Recruitment Booster familiarity
