Veeva Vault Safety L3 Support Specialist

Location: Cambridge, MA Role : Veeva Vault Safety L3 Support Specialist Job Description : Provide support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Safety. Serve as a system administrator and provide production support (L1/L2/L3) for Veeva Vault Applications as per company-defined SLA. Demonstrate experience and certification in Veeva Vault (preferably Veeva Vault Safety). Have a good understanding of ServiceNow processes (Incidents, Problem Tickets, Change Management, Service Requests). Have a good understanding of Life Science industry processes. Have knowledge of GxP systems and documentation. Have knowledge of creating and modifying user accounts (inactive processes). Have knowledge of custom reports, dashboards, and object data.
