Overview We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with strong marketing experience and a passion for client service. If you're self-driven, know how to manage your book, and prefer a no micromanagement culture, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy

Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes

Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively

Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support

Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts

Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment

Requirements

Active P&C Insurance License

5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management

Experience in marketing commercial accounts

Proficiency in EPIC or AMS360 systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and independently
