$100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, networks, and factory floor connectivity.
Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and manufacturing data.
Oversee the implementation and support of ERP, MES, and other manufacturing-specific applications.
Provide reliable technical support to all users, minimizing production downtime.
Develop and execute IT strategies that support manufacturing efficiency and business objectives.
Manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships for software, hardware, and services.
Facilitate the integration and interoperability between IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operations, including network, server, and end-user support.
Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems common in manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, MES, and IT/OT convergence in a production setting.
Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, particularly for industrial control systems (ICS).
Project management skills for deploying and upgrading IT solutions within a manufacturing plant.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP in a production environment).
Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in a production setting.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and how IT can support operational efficiency.
