Responsibilities

Demonstrate experience providing timely and high‑quality support to Executive‑level Principals in a fast‑paced, complex environment requiring critical thinking, initiative, problem solving, and professional judgment.

Provide correspondence management and coordination support.

Act as an Executive‑Level Administrative Assistant for Senior Executives in the Government, Military (DoD Flag / General Officers), or Private Sector.

Review reports and correspondence packages for completeness, structure, content, and format.

Monitor the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) database.

Route correspondence following approved distribution codes and routing lists.

Consistently meet deadlines, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information while interacting with highly sensitive issues in the front offices.

Required Qualifications

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any field of study from an accredited institution; or, at the Government’s discretion, four years of specialized experience (military or industry executive assistant).

Ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience as a Workflow Manager.

Must hold a Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance for all tasks and maintain eligibility throughout tenure.

Demonstrated experience providing timely and high‑quality support to Executive‑level Principals in a fast‑paced, complex environment requiring critical thinking, initiative, problem solving, and professional judgment.

Proven expertise in correspondence management and coordination support.

Experience as an Executive‑Level Administrative Assistant for Senior Executives in Government, Military, or Private Sector.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in NARA requirements for records management.
