As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and on‑boarding tasks. What will you do?
Maintain a safe and secure environment in employee housing while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
Oversee cleanliness standards, coordinate housekeeping schedules, and manage maintenance and utility services for housing units
Handle lease agreements, renewals, compliance documentation, and prepare rooms for arrivals and departures with inspections and inventory checks
Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport team members between housing and the hotel according to scheduled routes
Address housing‑related concerns promptly, foster a positive living environment, and share updates through a monthly team member newsletter
More about you
Experience as a training administrator or similar role
Valid driver’s license and must be able to obtain a Department of Transportation card within 10 days of hire date
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
No high school diploma or GED required
