Bankruptcy Associate Attorney
A well-established law firm in Tampa, FL is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to develop their practice within a collaborative environment and handle a wide range of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Base Pay Range
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. Responsibilities
Represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Draft and review motions, pleadings, petitions, and related bankruptcy filings. Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on bankruptcy and restructuring issues. Manage cases from inception through resolution with partner supervision as needed. Attend hearings, depositions, creditor meetings, and court appearances. Communicate with clients, trustees, courts, and opposing counsel. Support senior attorneys in complex bankruptcy litigation and restructuring matters. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. 2–5 years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience
preferred. Strong understanding of bankruptcy code, federal rules, and local rules. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and client service skills. Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between
$100,000 – $150,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Seniority Level
