This is a growth-driven opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to handle complex matters and play a key role in a developing regional office.

About The Role This attorney will defend a broad range of civil litigation matters and is expected to have strong trial and arbitration experience. A flexible hybrid schedule is available.

Responsibilities

Defend civil litigation claims from inception through resolution

Handle cases through trials and arbitrations

Manage complex litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, and motion practice

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations

Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys within the practice

Maintain strong client communication and case reporting

Preferred Practice Areas Experience is preferred (but not required) in one or more of the following:

Construction litigation

Trucking & transportation

Products liability

Professional liability

Motor vehicle negligence

Premises liability

Commercial litigation

Qualifications

Arizona Bar license (required)

3+ years of civil litigation defense experience

Demonstrated experience taking cases through trial and/or arbitration

Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Ability to work in a hybrid environment as the primary office
