LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join a collaborative Tampa‑based team supporting corporate and tax attorneys. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys transactional work, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with corporate and tax transactional matters, including entity formations, contracts, and other business‑related documentation.
Draft, review, organize, and maintain documents, filings, and correspondence.
Coordinate attorney schedules, deadlines, and important meetings.
Manage electronic and physical case and client files with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed to keep transactions running smoothly.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience
in corporate transactional legal support.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem‑solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with document management systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and a team‑oriented approach.
