Law & Motion Attorney – Wage & Hour Class Actions (Remote)
A respected California-based plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a
Law & Motion Attorney
to support complex
Wage & Hour and PAGA class actions
impacting workers statewide. The firm is known for high-profile results, a collaborative culture, and long-term investment in its attorneys. This role is
fully remote , with optional access to California offices if desired.
You’ll focus on
advanced motion practice and legal research , working closely with trial teams on class certification, summary judgment, and other dispositive matters. Ideal for attorneys who excel at writing and strategy without managing a full trial docket.
Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr – $275,000.00/yrp>
Responsibilities:
Draft and oppose motions (class cert, MSJ, discovery)
Conduct high-level legal research on labor and employment issues
Collaborate with trial attorneys on case strategy
Argue motions and participate in meet-and-confersReview discovery, depositions, and expert materials
Stay current on California and federal wage & hour law
Qualifications:
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to distill complex discovery into persuasive arguments
Prior class action or dispositive motion experience preferred, not required
$200,000 – $275,000 base salary plus performance incentives
