Responsibilities

Reviewing Prospectuses, Registration Statements and other filings in connection with various types of equity sales, as well as related representation letters; track approvals

Preparation of Prime Brokerage and ISDA documentation

Assist with various filing requirements

Assist with group record keeping

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced high‑pressure environment, managing a variety of transactions and tasks;

Excellent writing, organization and interpersonal skills and attention to detail;

Responsive and attentive to internal business client needs;

Proactive; ability to initiate follow‑up in order to ensure timely execution of projects; and

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards

Helpful Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, in‑house or at a law firm, or other experience in financial services or with a financial services client;

Familiarity with DocuSign, DataStore, Hummingbird/E-Docs or other document management systems

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required
