Group Supervisor
at
The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC)
in Bryant, Arkansas.
Responsibilities A Group Supervisor is a lead mentor to Direct Juvenile Support Workers, supervising staff and students.
Ensure staff and students adhere to facility and daily schedules, including attendance and participation in program elements.
Maintain staff-to-student ratio and supervise Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors.
Make critical decisions during emergencies, conduct group intervention crisis sessions.
Model ROP programming and be a role model for staff and students.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth.
Supervisory experience required.
At least 21 years of age.
Pass criminal background check, drug, physical, TB test, child and adult abuse registry search.
Active driver's license and meet ROP eligible driver requirements.
Benefits & Pay
Pay:
$45,000 annually (can increase based on education and years of experience).
Benefits:

Schedule
4 days on/3 off – 3 days on/4 off. Night Shift: 7pm – 8am (12‑hour shift * 1 hour break). Alternates Wednesday, Thursday through Saturday.
