PreparedraftawardrecommendationsandBoardreports

Conformfinalcontractdocuments

Preparerequiredreportsand contractual correspondence

Attendvariousmeetings,includingpre ‐ bidproposalandpost ‐ bidproposaldebriefings

AssistinresolvingproblemsanddisagreementsbetweencontractorsandLAWA

Reviewcontractorinvoicesforcontractualcompliance

Conductcloseoutactionsuponcontractcompletionsuchasfinalaudit,payment,etc.underthe directionofLAWApersonnel

PrepareChangeDocuments, Task Orders and Change Orders

Leadthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofanyperiodic(daily,weekly,monthly)statusreports tokeepmanagementand/orownerinformedofchangeprogress

Ensurethatchangesproperlyencumbercontractualcapacityandbudget

CoordinatewithADPschedulingtoascertaintimeimpactsofchangesunderconsiderationand propertydocuments

Assistwithimplementationoftrendandchangesupportprograms

ContributetotheadvancementofADP’sgoalsthroughcommitmenttoproductivecollaboration withallstakeholders

Qualifications

ABachelor’sdegreein engineering or business related field, as well as training in procurement, contract, construction and commercial law

Minimumof10yearsofrelevantexperience in administration of commercial/government contracts

Musthavea self ‐ starterattitudewithproactive,results ‐ orientedfocus;andwillingandcapable toassumeadditionalresponsibilities

Experience with project management software preferred

ExperienceinalternativeprojectdeliverymethodsincludingGuaranteedMaximumPrice(GMP)and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design Build preferred

Experience supporting Multiple Award Task Order Contracts

MicrosoftOfficeSuite

Large ‐ scaleconstructionmanagementtypesoftwaresuchasPM Web,Primaveraetc.

Demonstratedsuccessonthejob,asevidencedbysatisfactoryperformance,acceptanceofresponsibilityandgrowthinpreviouspositions

Provenaccuracy,reliabilityandcompletenessinjobaccomplishment

Effectiveoralandwrittencommunicationskills

Mustbeabletointerfacewitha varietyofpeoplewithdifferenttechnicallevelsandeducational backgrounds

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
