$31–$38/hour (based on experience) Position Summary
The Industrial Systems Technician will install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components, support automated machinery and controls, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to integrate new equipment and automation technologies. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, performing preventative maintenance, assisting in training operators and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of work performed and system performance. Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components. Support setup, calibration, and maintenance of automated machinery and controls. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to integrate new equipment and automation technologies. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Perform preventative maintenance and document service activities. Assist in training operators and maintenance staff on new systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system performance. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on hydraulics and automation. Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics, fluid power systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and automated control systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment. Working Conditions
Production floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions. Use of PPE is required; adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory. Benefits
