Systems Administrator – Kintegra Health
The Systems Administrator assists the Network Administrator with the core IT operations at Kintegra Health.
Key Duties
Servers
Maintain server infrastructure and backups
Perform or oversee vendor installation/maintenance of Windows-based applications on servers
Replace/upgrade existing server infrastructure at end of life
Manage remote server access and application deployment (RDP, Parallels)
Maintain and troubleshoot Hybrid AD environment
Assist DevOps group with Linux servers
Networking
Monitor network infrastructure and manage trouble tickets with vendors as needed
Manage and troubleshoot wireless networks and assist in wireless network consolidation
Assist Network Administrator with improving documentation of networks and planning for future sites
Cloud/Applications
Assist with managing Office365 and Azure environments
Assist with managing cloud security products
Manage instance of JIRA
Coordinate with Information Security and DevOps on projects involving cloud infrastructure (SSO, MFA)
Support for Service Desk Operations
Assist with building and testing computer deployments in Intune
Provide high‑level support for escalated issues regarding server, network, and cloud infrastructure
Provide knowledge transfer to support staff when implementing new systems
Performance Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing no more than 50 lbs. without assistance
Manual and physical dexterity
Ability to read and understand the English language
Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality of records and communicate with all levels of personnel
Valid NC driver’s license
Three to five years of systems administration, enterprise-level IT support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Windows desktop and Server OS, MS Office
Experience with managing VMWare, Veeam, and related system administration tools
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, AD administration, user account creation and Internet email
Excellent communication, time management and problem‑solving skills
Education Associate’s degree in Information Technology or IT certifications
Experience 4+ years’ work experience preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Server Administration
Microsoft Office 365 Administration
VMWare, Veeam
