Offer Description 1. REQUIREMENTS

Education

Higher Technician in Laboratory Sciences

Experience

DNA and RNA extraction and PCR techniques.

Immunofluorescence techniques on cells and tissues.

ELISA techniques and Western Blotting.

Other

Completion of Animal Experimentation Courses (Categories A, B, C).

Isolation and culture of immune cells (human and murine).

Participation in scientific publications.

Participation in works presented at scientific conferences.

Completion of courses in virus experimentation.

2. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

Isolation and culture of immune cell populations from peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and hidradenitis suppurativa.

DNA isolation and PCR genotyping of laboratory animals.

Maintenance of cell lines in culture.

Performance of ELISA assays on serum samples from patients with inflammatory skin diseases.

Performance of immunofluorescence assays on biopsy samples from patients with inflammatory skin diseases.

Languages:

Spanish – Level Excellent

Additional Information Scoring criteria (up to 13 points): - Experience in isolation and culture of immune cells, human and murine (max 2 points) - Courses in virus experimentation (max 2 points) - Participation in works presented at scientific conferences (max 2 points) - Participation in scientific publications (max 2 points) - Personal interview (max 5 points)

Selection process: Applications meeting qualification requirements and submitted by deadline will be reviewed by a jury of three members. Candidates may be called for a personal interview after curriculum evaluation.
