What We're Doing We are part of the team that provides training systems for the world's most advanced aircraft – the F‑35 Joint Strike Fighter.
Job Description As a member of the Software Configuration Management (SCM) team, you will support our media prep function on the Joint Strike Fighter Training & Logistics program and maintain the integrity and traceability of software releases.
The Work
Assist the Software Configuration Management team by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of product releases
Utilize configuration management principles, practices, and tools (software, hardware, and data)
Coordinate CM activities ensuring that CM objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Assist in maintaining CM processes and procedures meeting organizational and industry standards, such as ISO 9001, CMMI, or ITIL
Assist with control changes to products, services, or processes, ensuring proper assessment, approval, implementation, and documentation
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date configuration data, including product information, documentation, and records
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards, including audits and assessments
Analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to CM‑related issues
Apply industry standards and regulations, such as ITAR, EAR, and DFARS, and ensure compliance
Assist with metrics and performance reports to CM and product leadership
Who You Are You manage hardware/software tracking, lead engineering efforts, ensure compliance, resolve issues, and support project activities. You must obtain or already hold an Interim Secret level U.S. government security clearance before starting, and U.S. citizenship is required.

Desired Skills
Active Secret clearance
Experience in an Agile environment
Knowledge of software configuration management principles and practices

Familiarity with industry standards such as SEI CMM and ISO 9000
