Base pay range $48.00/hr - $58.00/hr
Responsibilities
You will work with RPA developers to understand and assist with the development of their automated solution design, ensuring they implement a solution that meets RPA CoE's technical requirements.
You will act as a central point of knowledge and control for automation capabilities and investigate and answer RPA developer questions.
You will advocate to move to digital and the benefits it brings Customers and Associates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area.
Blue Prism certification is an added advantage.
2+ years of experience in the IT industry with 1-2+ years of experience in the design, configuration, testing, and support of RPA projects – ideally on the Blue Prism application.
Experience in working with customers to define and deliver successful projects and implementations of software.
An appreciation of applications and the technologies they use.
Experience in development languages such as .NET and C# is an advantage.
Understanding of Project Management methodologies preferred.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
