High Voltage Electrified Propulsion Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
In charge of triage, commissioning and testing for high‑voltage systems used inside the propulsion system.
Follow the propulsion system development from commissioning of the first Mule vehicles in Protoshop to end‑of‑line issues in plant, focusing on fleet support and first‑level analysis.
Lead modern testing environments, such as high‑voltage test benches.
Use a variety of debug tools to develop vehicle applications, including CDA, INCA, Synect, and control and automation desks.
Analyze issues within the propulsion system and interactions with other nodes.
Edit first‑level analysis and analyze charging systems during interoperability tours using tools such as Comemso.
Assemble and analyze large, complex data sets to discover issues.
Play an active role in pursuing engineering excellence by fixing bugs, defining containment actions and permanent solutions.
Become an expert in high‑voltage electrified propulsion systems and, when required, build specific testing environments and test benches.
Requirements – Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with data log analysis.
Experience handling hybrid propulsion and BMS at the software level.
Proficiency with development tools such as CDA, INCA, CANalyzer, Synect, automation desks, and control desks.
Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and hardware‑in‑the‑loop environments.
Proficiency with application engineering principles.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous automotive experience.
Data visualization tools.
