Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a health care related field

At least 2 years of experience working in mental health services

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, train and implement a Clinical Peer/Quality Reviews process.

Coordinates with Clinical Supervisor to review participant records for compliance with applicable standards, reports findings and pursues correction plans in event of non-compliance.

Provides continuous follow-up with providers and staff regarding plans of correction to ensure compliance.

Maintains records of monitoring activities including corrective action plans.

Review reports from various entities to ensure the health and safety of individuals served are maintained.

Evaluates customer satisfaction with delivered services by conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

Writes reports measuring outcomes and provide recommendations designed to improve quality of agency services.

Assess and prepare agency for accreditation surveys, funder audits and any regulatory audits including participation in committees and meeting attendance to ensure agency remains compliant with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Supports the development and implementation of clinical department policy and procedures necessary to secure and maintain accreditation.

Serve as a resource for Team Members regarding regulatory and accreditation standards.
