This range is provided by Richman Property Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base Pay Range
$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr Key Qualifications: Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment (Preferred) EPA I & II or EPA Universal (Preferred) On-call rotation (Preferred) About Us: At Richman Property Services, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality apartment communities that our residents are proud to call home. We prioritize exceptional customer service and create secure, welcoming environments for our residents. Responsibilities: Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property. Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines. Manage service requests and ensure timely completion. Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act. Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment. Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner. Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service. Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development. Assist in property preventative maintenance plan. Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds. Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime. Requirements: Education:
High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance and general repair experience or groundskeeper. Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws. Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Skills & Certifications:
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred. Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes.
