Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Executive Desktop Support to join their team. As an Executive Desktop Support, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting high-profile executive users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide professional software and hardware support to end-users in a fast‑paced banking environment
Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements
Support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and antivirus technologies
Manage service‑related issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
Assist with data backup, recovery, and device reimaging both remotely and on‑site
Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting
Knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and troubleshooting MS Office applications including MS Teams and Outlook
Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications
Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment
