Responsibilities
Perform various production assembly operations on components and sub‑assemblies, and other complex duties as assigned.
Use visual aids, drawings and verbal and written instruction to assemble, modify, re‑work or re‑assemble units.
Receive detailed instruction on new assignments.
Identify component values and hand‑load PCB assembly following schematics and visual aids.
Solder various electronic component sizes, including fine‑pitch components, using industry standards set by IPC‑J-STD and following IPC‑D‑610 criteria for acceptance.
Read, understand and follow written instructions and customer, engineering drawings or visual aids, incorporating call‑outs onto the assembly.
Solder under a microscope, identifying and repairing soldering anomalies.
Use lead and lead‑free solder appropriately.
If required, attend off‑site training classes to maintain certification requirements (e.g., J-STD).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (education required).
U.S. citizenship.
Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
Highly flexible individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‑starter, able to plan, execute, and follow through on assigned tasks.
3–5 years of J‑STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Will receive on‑the‑job training (OJT).

Compensation & Bonus Hourly salary range: $16.00 – $20.00. The position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package.
