POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a detail oriented Digital Asset Coordinator with hands‑on experience in the Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role will support a focused migration project moving existing assets from local/shared drives into Bynder ensuring all files are accurately tagged, organized, and optimized for future usability.

This is a short‑term temporary position with an expected duration of 6‑12 weeks, or based on project needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Migrate digital assets (images, videos, design files, documents, etc.) from existing drives into Bynder.

Apply accurate metadata, tagging, and taxonomy standards based on internal guidelines.

Organize assets into correct folders, collections, and categories within Bynder.

Conduct quality checks to ensure assets are properly labeled, searchable, and compliant with brand/usage requirements.

Flag duplicates, outdated assets, or missing information and work with the team to resolve.

Assist in refining taxonomy, naming conventions, and asset governance if needed.

Maintain clear documentation of progress and any issues that arise during migration.

Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to validate asset accuracy when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience working within the Bynder DAM platform (required).

Prior experience in asset migration, content organization, or digital asset coordination.

Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging structures, and DAM best practices.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Comfort working with creative file types (Adobe Suite, photography files, brand assets).
