Are you driven by accomplishing targets, mentoring others and being part of something bigger? This role could be for you! Trimble is seeking a Manager for our ERP Cross selling team.
What you will do
Lead a sales team focused on selling ERP and related value‑added solutions to existing non‑ERP customers across one of three verticals (Heavy/Civil, GC/Structures, or MEP).
Achieve monthly sales targets and an annual quota of at least $8 million in annual recurring revenue.
Explore and develop new market opportunities while networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationships.
Work closely with the technical pre‑sales team to agree on and execute plans to land new customers.
Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Represent Trimble at industry events and build value‑added relationships with customers, industry associations, and technology partners.
Travel as required to support the sales team in the field with client meetings, on‑site discoveries, demonstrations, etc. (minimum expected travel 30–40%).
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a software environment or comparable experience, coupled with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, business, or related field.
Experience supporting a sales strategy, including techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment.
Business development experience including prospecting, networking, partnering, and achieving overall client satisfaction.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization with diverse backgrounds, including executive and C‑level.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle rental access; willingness to travel.

Compensation
Hiring Range: $240,000–$260,000 OTE (Salary + Commission)
